Mary has over 50 years in the dental industry, with a focus in speaking and coaching dental teams on infection prevention, OSHA, and HIPPA compliance. She is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, who consults with dental practices to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements. Mary is a member of American Dental Hygienists Association, Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP). She is part of the Speaking and Consulting Network, and the Former President of the American Dental Assistants Association.

Shawn Sharp, DDS, FAGD
