This session will provide an overview of the basic principles of modern infection control and their application in dental settings.

2. Identify the types of organisms likely to be found in each source
3. Understand how to incorporate risk recognition into work processes such as the implementation of infection control practices, assessment of equipment and devices, and purchasing decisions for clinical settings
